FINALLY...

Yes, we FINALLY have an accepted offer on our house in North Aurora! It has been a frustrating 3+ months with our housing situation (back and forth every weekend - living during the week in a small apartment in a dorm...) but now we seem to be making some headway...we also came to terms on a house up here in Appleton - not the house we originally wanted but a great place regardless...we are scheduled to close on the IL house on November 30 and the WI house on December 1...

Up until this past weekend, we hadn't packed a box so you can imagine how we will be spending our Thanksgiving...please keep your fingers crossed for smooth closings all around - thanks!
